GENERAL INFORMATION

Is there a reduced-rate LetzGo Tourist Card for minors, students, and people over 65?

The LetzGo Tourist Card currently exists in 4 full-rate versions. No discounts and/or reductions are provided.

Are the attractions/experiences in the circuit always open?

During the opening period, almost all have a weekly rest day. For this reason, we recommend consulting the individual sheets of the attractions/experiences.

Is it possible to request an invoice for the purchase of the LetzGo Tourist Card?

Yes, it is possible but only if you have a VAT number. The invoice can only be issued in electronic format. To request it, you must have the unique code and a PEC address. The invoice can be requested at the Hi! Hybla Tourist Information ticket offices or, in case of online purchase, by writing to hi@ccnanticaibla.com.

Is there a free LetzGo Tourist Card for disabled people and their companions?

For disabled people and their companions, free entry is provided to all PRIVATE EXPERIENCES AND WOW EXPERIENCES. Therefore, a specific card is not provided. The LetzGo Tourist card only exists at full price. We remind you that the disabled person must bring with them and show the medical certificate attesting to their disability to the staff at the various entrances. Only in this way can they enter for free and avoid queues. It is also advisable for disabled people to contact the various attractions/experiences they intend to visit.

LetzGo Tourist Card validity?

The card is valid for 7 days from activation.

Is there a LetzGo Tourist Card for groups and school groups with a discounted rate?

No. The card is mainly intended for individual tourists and there is currently no rate other than the full one or a card for groups.

Do children under 12 need to buy the LetzGo - Tourist Card?

With the LetzGo - Tourist Card holders, they can access the PRIVATE AND WOW EXPERIENCES for free.

How much do the LetzGo - Tourist Cards cost?

LetzGo - Tourist Card EASY x1: costs €29.00 and is valid for only 1 person LetzGo - Tourist Card EASY x2: costs €49.00 and is valid for 2 people LetzGo - Tourist Card PREMIUM x1: costs €39.00 and is valid for 1 person LetzGo - Tourist Card PREMIUM x2: costs €69.00 and is valid for 2 people

Does the LetzGo - Tourist Card include city transport?

No, the card does not include city transport.

What does the LetzGo - Tourist Card include?

The card includes a limited number of PRIVATE and WOW experiences, free gift (tasting), audio guide, paper map, photographic exhibition visit, and a series of discounts and agreements at restaurants, accommodation facilities, shopping, and experiences.

How do you purchase the LetzGo - Tourist Card?

The LetzGo - Tourist Card can be purchased: online at www.letzgocards.com; at one of the authorized sales points in the city. If purchased online, you will receive the LetzGo - Tourist Card in digital format.

How do you pay for the LetzGo - Tourist Card?

Payment can be made by VISA, MasterCard, American Express credit card following the instructions illustrated in the procedures described online in the purchase section.

How long before my trip to Ragusa should I purchase the LetzGo - Tourist Card online?

We suggest you purchase the card shortly before your arrival in the city. The LetzGo Tourist Card is always available and can be purchased at any time.

Where can I buy the LetzGo - Tourist Card in the city?

HOW TO USE

Can I use the LetzGo - Tourist Card as many times as I want?

With the LetzGo - Tourist Card, you can enter each participating site only once.

How do you use the LetzGo - Tourist Card?

To access or use the service/good/discount, simply present your physical LetzGo - Tourist Card or the digital voucher with the QR Code to the attendant.

Does the activation of the LetzGo - Tourist Card start at the time of purchase?

No, the activation of the LetzGo - Tourist Card occurs at the time of the first use (QR Code scan) and is completely independent of the purchase date.

REPLACEMENT AND REFUNDS

In which cases is it possible to request a replacement?

The physical LetzGo - Tourist Card can only be replaced in case of malfunction, provided that the card has not been personalized, damaged, or used. In case of a digital LetzGo - Tourist Card, you can use your card on another device.

In case of loss or theft, can I request a replacement for the LetzGo - Tourist Card?

No, the card is not replaceable in these cases. Therefore, we strongly recommend keeping the card carefully, paying attention not to damage or lose it.

Is it possible to request a refund for the card?

The user has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the purchase of the card, pursuant to and in the forms referred to in art. 52 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005. After this period, the purchase is no longer refundable. Furthermore, the right of withdrawal can be exercised within the established terms only on condition that: For the card(s) in "physical" format: that the card has not been personalized by writing your name, digitized and activated during a visit, and on condition that it is returned intact and with proof of purchase. Personalization of the card invalidates the possibility of a refund. For the card(s) in "digital" format: that the card has not been activated during a visit.
